Who We Are
Built for Owners Who Are Great at Their Craft
CrossPeak began as a small boutique agency and grew into a full consulting practice as clients asked for help beyond marketing. Today we work with businesses of every size, from owner-operated shops to organizations with more than 90 team members, including nonprofits serving communities at home and abroad.
Most of our clients are excellent at what they do. What they don't have is the time, or the in-house team, to master every other part of running a business: the website, the marketing, the systems, and the technology. Rather than hiring for each of those roles, they bring in one partner who can cover them all.
Our team brings together backgrounds in small business operations, marketing, design, and healthcare, a field our family has long served. That mix shapes how we work: careful, practical, and focused on the people behind every business.
