Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 18, 2026

Your trust matters to us. This policy explains, in plain language, what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

01Who We Are

This website is operated by Amity Digital Marketing LLC, doing business as CrossPeak Consulting (“CrossPeak,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), based in Tampa, Florida. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website, contact us, book a call, join a waitlist, or communicate with us by phone, email, or text message, and how we use and protect it.

02Information We Collect

Information you give us

  • Contact and inquiry forms: your name, email address, phone number, organization, website, the services you're interested in, and the details you share about your project.
  • Discovery call bookings: your name, contact details, and the date and time you choose, along with any notes you add.
  • Waitlists: your name and email address, and your consent to receive updates.
  • Communications: the content of emails, text messages, and phone calls you have with us, including calls answered by our automated assistant.
  • Client engagements: information you provide while we work together, which is also governed by our written agreement with you.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage data: your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, time spent on pages, and the site that referred you.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: small files that help the website work, remember preferences, measure traffic, and improve our content. See “Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising” below.

03How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and follow up on requests you make.
  • Schedule, confirm, and remind you about discovery calls and meetings.
  • Provide, manage, and improve our consulting and marketing services.
  • Send updates you've asked for, such as waitlist and launch announcements.
  • Send service-related messages, such as appointment reminders and project updates.
  • Understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it.
  • Protect our website, forms, and systems against spam, fraud, and abuse.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.

04Phone Calls and Our Automated Assistant

Calls to our business line may be answered by an automated, AI-powered assistant that helps answer common questions, collect your details, and route your call to the right person. Calls handled by the assistant may be recorded, transcribed, and summarized so we can follow up accurately. When required by law, you'll be notified at the start of the call, and you can ask to leave a message for a team member instead.

Call recordings, transcripts, and summaries are used only to respond to you and improve our service, and they're handled with the same care as the rest of your information.

05Text Messaging (SMS)

If you provide your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we may send messages about your inquiry, appointments, and our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.

We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from any sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties.

06Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate our website and understand how it's used. These include:

  • Essential cookies that keep the website, forms, and booking tools working.
  • Analytics tools such as Google Analytics, which collect information about how visitors use the site, like pages viewed and time on site. Google's use of this data is governed by its own privacy policy, and you can opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
  • Advertising and social media tools, such as pixels from platforms like Google or Meta, which we may use in the future to measure ad performance and show relevant ads. If we do, this policy will continue to describe your choices.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Some parts of the website may not work properly if you do.

07How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our business, including with:

  • Service providers who help us operate, such as our website and CRM platform, scheduling, email and text messaging, phone and call-answering services, analytics, payment processing, and security and spam-protection tools like Cloudflare. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
  • Professional advisors, such as attorneys and accountants, when needed.
  • Legal and safety purposes, when we believe disclosure is required by law or needed to protect the rights, property, or safety of CrossPeak, our clients, or others.
  • Business transfers, if our business is ever merged, sold, or reorganized, in which case your information would remain protected under terms at least as protective as this policy.

08How Long We Keep Information

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, such as responding to you, providing services, and meeting legal, accounting, and tax requirements. When it's no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.

09How We Protect Your Information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and trusted service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security, but we take protecting your information seriously.

10Your Choices and Rights

  • Email: unsubscribe at any time using the link in our marketing emails. We may still send messages related to your account or active services.
  • Text messages: reply STOP to opt out at any time.
  • Access, correction, and deletion: you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, subject to any legal obligations we have to keep it.
