FAQ
Straight answers about how we work, what we offer, and what to expect.
Businesses of every kind and size, from one-person operations to organizations with more than 90 team members, including nonprofits. We have deep experience in areas like trade and home services, professional services, real estate, fitness, and construction, but our approach works in any industry because every engagement starts with learning yours.
No. We're based in Tampa Bay and enjoy meeting local clients in person, but we work with businesses anywhere. If you're comfortable with video calls, phone, and email, we can work together wherever you are.
It's a relaxed, 30-minute conversation to get to know you: your business, the people and processes behind it, the heart behind why you do it, and where you want to go. You'll leave with a clearer picture of your next steps, with no pressure and no obligation.
Usually right away. After the discovery call, we answer any follow-up questions, put the scope and terms in writing, and begin as soon as you're ready.
We cover the parts of running a business that owners rarely have time to master: websites and web development, search visibility (SEO and AEO), paid advertising, social media, content, email marketing, CRM setup and automation, branding, analytics, and business consulting and strategy. For specialized projects, such as environmental and recycling work, we can also coordinate with permitting departments to secure the approvals you need. Our Services page has the full details.
Both. Every engagement is tailored to your goals, and when it makes sense to bundle services together, we offer packages that cost less than buying each piece on its own.
Absolutely, and we encourage it. We're glad to work with your staff, IT provider, accountant, or any other partners you rely on. When everyone works as one team, the whole business goes further.
It depends on your industry, your competition, and where your website is starting from. Most businesses begin to see measurable movement within three to six months, with stronger results building over the following year. Search is also changing quickly: AI-powered answer engines like ChatGPT and Google's AI Overviews now shape how customers find businesses, so we optimize for those (AEO) as well as traditional search.
It depends on the project and the scope of work. One-time projects are quoted as a single project fee. Ongoing work is usually a monthly retainer, which keeps momentum going: a business pushed once moves for a while and then stalls, but steady effort keeps it climbing. Either way, you'll receive a clear proposal with the full cost before any work begins.
Not necessarily. Smaller consulting projects don't require one. Some ongoing work, like SEO, needs a longer runway to deliver results, and in those cases we'll recommend a term and explain why before you commit.
No. What we agree to is what you pay. Costs only change if the scope changes, such as adding work outside what we originally agreed to, and we'll always discuss that with you first.
No. Ad spend is always in addition to our fees. Your budget goes directly to the ad platforms, and we provide transparent reporting so you can see exactly where every dollar goes.
Not at all. We work with businesses and people of every background. We share our beliefs so you know the foundation we stand on, and that foundation shapes how we treat every client: with honesty, integrity, and genuine care. You can read more on our About page.
Mostly in how we treat people. It means giving honest advice even when it's hard to hear, keeping pricing transparent, doing what we say we'll do, and caring about the people behind the business, not just the numbers.
Yes. We're glad to help churches, ministries, and nonprofits with their websites, outreach, donor platforms, and systems, so they can spend more time on their mission and less on the technology behind it.
